The Orchid Days was the first time I listened to L’Orange, even though it was already his third album. Somehow he just always went under mine radar. Though the fact that his album is dropping on Mello Music doesn’t really help with getting noticed by me. So far I think most releases by this label have been mediocre most of the time.

Disc Two has all kinds of great stuff we haven't heard before. Six tracks were recorded in April/May in London, and were to be on the second D&D album, which never happened: Snake Lake Blues, Evil, Mean Old Frisco, One More Chance, Got to Get Better In a /5().

Vinyl LP they only released this one album on Mercury and were dropped like a hot potato. still, interesting as it's still pre-Bangles.

Apr 08,  · It is darn near impossible to not knock your head back and forth to every song on this album. The way he combines records is talent at its finest; the dialogue on old records and that boom bap beat that is specific to L'Orange, really creates fantastic ambient music. I have spun this album probably 10 times over since I have got it last week.5/5(3).

Our orchids came from the Warner Orchid Album. Get tropical flair for your decorating purposes with these bright antique lithographs that were published in the mid ’s! These tropical flowers are old orchis species. Orchid life was depicted by early orchid hunters, naturalists searching the world for new species of orchis.

Mar 16,  · There are many valuable vinyl records out there, including perhaps the most expensive Motown/northern soul 7 Inch ever, Do I Love You (Indeed I Do), recorded by Frank Wilson in , and which sold for over £25,/$31, at auction in (It was Wilson’s only single, and the majority of demo copies were destroyed, which is why it’s so collectible).
